This policy describes the Mortgage Rebel informational website operated for Kristopher “Kris” Matyas, NMLS #864775, with mortgage services through Barrett Financial Group, LLC, NMLS #181106. It explains the distinction between browsing this website and providing information through a separate mortgage application service.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the Mortgage Rebel website at https://mortgage-rebel.com. It does not replace the privacy notices of Barrett Financial Group, the mortgage application portal, Google, or other websites you choose to visit through our links.

Information You Choose to Provide

You can read the informational pages without creating a visitor account. The St. George inquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, optional message, and contact consent. It also includes the originating page, a lead-source label, and available referring-page and campaign/UTM information. These details are emailed to kristopher@barrettfinancial.com so Kris can respond. The form uses Contact Form 7 and an arithmetic spam check; it is not a mortgage application. The current form is not connected to BoldTrail or RAD CRM. This website does not offer a newsletter signup, visitor file-upload feature, or on-page mortgage application. If you call Kris at 801-638-0507, you choose what contact information and details about your inquiry to provide so that your questions can be addressed.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, account passwords, bank statements, or other sensitive financial documents through public reviews or ordinary website contact channels. Use the separate mortgage application portal and its instructions for application information and documents.

Referral and campaign information is read from the current visit where available; the form’s attribution code does not add cookies or browser storage to track visits across pages. Contact Form 7 is not configured with a submission-storage plugin. Messages may be retained in the receiving email system; a specific retention period has not been verified.

Hosting and Automatically Processed Information

This site uses WordPress and is hosted by IONOS. Delivering a web page involves processing technical request information, which can include an IP address, requested page or file, access time, browser and device information, and a referring page. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. WordPress uses cookies for functions such as authorized administrator sign-in and preferences; these administrative functions are separate from simply reading the informational pages. Your browser settings let you manage or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in or features on other services you visit.

No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta advertising pixel, or similar visitor analytics integration was identified in the current informational-page configuration reviewed on October 10, 2026. This does not mean that hosting requests are unrecorded. Hosting-level statistics can operate separately from page scripts. IONOS describes its SiteAnalytics processing as statistical analysis and technical optimization. The account-specific status of hosting analytics and its settings must still be confirmed.

Optional Visit Attribution

With your optional permission, this website uses first-party sessionStorage to remember the page where attribution was enabled, the initial external referring website when available, and UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term. If you allow attribution on your first landing page, it preserves that original arrival information as you navigate. It does not reconstruct visits before permission. Referrers retain only the website origin; page URLs omit query strings except a numeric draft page ID. No advertising identifiers, form answers or mortgage-calculator inputs are stored for this purpose.

Attribution stays in this browser tab session for a maximum of 24 hours from permission and is not renewed on navigation. Session restoration by your browser may preserve a tab, but the 24-hour limit still applies. No attribution is sent to a third party or to us until you choose to submit an inquiry. The form includes the original attribution, your permission choice and the page where you submit. Missing or suppressed referral information is left unavailable; an AI campaign label does not prove which service a person used.

Use the footer controls to allow, decline or withdraw permission. Declining removes saved attribution and stores only your choice for this tab, up to 24 hours. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disables capture. If browser storage is blocked, any permitted attribution is limited to the current page. Contact consent remains separate, and you can inquire without enabling attribution. This mechanism does not install analytics or advertising cookies.

Mortgage Calculators

Our mortgage payment and temporary buydown calculators process the numbers you enter in your browser. The calculator code does not submit those entries to Mortgage Rebel or the mortgage application portal, or save them to a server or browser storage. These estimates are not applications, approvals, or rate offers. Clicking Get Pre-Approved opens the separate mortgage application service described below; calculator entries are not transferred to that service by our calculator code.

Separate Mortgage Application Portal

“Get Pre-Approved” and “Start Your Application” take you to Barrett Financial Group’s separate application portal on my1003app.com. The portal identifies Barrett Financial Group and is powered by ARIVE. It is not an application form hosted on this WordPress website.

Information entered or uploaded there is submitted through that service, rather than through a form on this site. The portal may request account, identity, employment, income, asset, credit, and other information needed for the mortgage process. This website policy does not describe or promise the portal’s specific security measures, retention schedules, or information-sharing practices.

Google Reviews and Other External Links

The client reviews shown here are displayed as text, with reviewer names and excerpt labels where applicable. They are not an embedded Google review widget. “Read Our Google Reviews” and “Leave a Google Review” open Google’s services. Google processes information under its own Privacy Policy; a review you submit there may be public.

Other links include VA resources, Barrett disclosures, and NMLS Consumer Access. When you follow an external link, the destination may receive technical information from your browser and use its own cookies or tracking technologies. Its own privacy notice applies. An external link does not mean that this website controls the destination’s data handling.

Data Handling and Retention

Hosting providers process the technical information needed to deliver their services. Information you provide during a mortgage inquiry or application is distinct from ordinary browsing data and is subject to the applicable service’s notices and requirements. No fixed retention period or universal data-sharing arrangement is stated here because those details have not been verified for this website’s account and connected mortgage services.

No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. This policy does not make unverified claims about encryption at rest, access controls, backup schedules, or deletion practices.
